The booking was very easy, I booked my test online and received confirmation by text. The day of the test I was there 5 min before the test and I was dealt immediately, did not have to wait long time before the test. The stuff was very smiley and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Nigel and Natalie, especially Natalie she had hard time filling me in with the aftermaths since I have no experience with glasses:)

The appt was for my 4 year old daughter, he (Nigel) was very good with her, she was quite nervous, but thrilled she needs glasses! There wasn't much choice, as she's little and not many of the glasses in store were easy to adjust.
